Wateen is a company which deals with telephony, mobile, cable TV and internet services. I connect to the world of internet through Wateen. Today I had a bad experience with wateen. I try to call various times to the support but I was not able to talk to the support person, my call always get dropped in the middle. After an hour I finally made it to wateen support person and he told me that my username got stuck … Damn … I asked How did it happen? and he replied you did not logout properly.
Come on wateen try to facilitate your customers, handle the exceptions in your system. There are some cases in which user cannot logout properly “eg: electricity shutdown [common problem in Pakistan], accidental plug out of the network cable, browser close”.
I assume if user does not logout properly than his process might not be terminated on server. When user tries to reconnect, the system does not allow him as his process was already running. Well if this is the case than my dear wateen please implement a simple ping or terminate the user process if there is no activity from the user after certain period of time.

I had emailed my opinion to wateen and hope this problem would be conquered in near futures.
